I am not dancing around the weight of 210 and I want to drop a couple more pounds. I know I am trying to rush this process but I will be fine, I just have to think that it will take until Christmas until I finally get to the point where I am slim and trim. Must be good to myself and calm. More Bible reading at all times and just take it easy.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
