Now I have gone up half a pound and I really worked hard yesterday on all my walking. Well I will not worry about it I just am excited about 210.5 and am thinking below 200 very very soon. I have got to just do more walking.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
