Dropped another half a pound and feel this is wondeful. I am really walking around 10,000 steps per day and I feel this is a great thing and the more I walk the faster that I lose. My Mother told me I would be below 200 by this weekend and I told her I would have to lose 5 pounds this week and that seems just a little bit too robust a projection. Take it easy and feel good.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
