How depressing I thought I would lose this morning but I gained half a pound and I am so looking forward to being below 200 pounds and now have 2.5 pounds to go. Not to worry I only have the rest of my life to lose all of this weight and I will do it. I just cannot allow myself to think to far in advance it is a day by day thing and there is no rush.
