I had to move to Council Bluffs, Iowa and I think my weight took a big drop because of the stress of the move but I am below the 200 and am now at 198 and that is a good thing. Now I have 48 pounds to lose. Amen.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
