Pancake Mix

A thin battered non-sweet pancake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, until they are well blended. Can be lumpy.
  2. Put 1/4 cup batter in a hot skillet, turning over when bubbles pop.
  3. Cook other side of pancake until golden.

Easy recipe. I added 2 scoops of whey protien powder. Thin pancakes but did the job.
