UPDATE! I walked two miles today, and done strength training

I had gone walking today. It was so hot on the inside track. Fans were going but it didn't help any. It was blowing hot air. At least I was able to walk a mile in that

I had done the weights today. Arm day of course. I had done a lot of that. I had been working with that but, what do y'all think of doing just cardio for weight loss? I had been thinking of doing just that. My body needs a lot of cardio. For starters my lower area such as my hips down needs a lot of work. My upper body could use it too. But I feel as though I could walk for two miles instead of the occasional one mile. There's a track at the gym. I don't really use cause there are treadmills, but I hope that the next time that I get to go I would love to do the walking track, and hopefully walk off the pounds.

I had gone walking today. I also had strength training as well. I am stuck at the house cause it's Sunday. I had calculated that I walked around 4.3 miles today. It's a lot but I feel good about it.
I had been doing the fasting along with keto. It's so hard! I try to not think about food. That's where my mind is all the time. Sometimes I just want to bang my head cause that's what I think about. I think about the next meal or I would think about snacking. I have been cutting out the snacks, but I do think about them still. It really sucks.
