So I realized today I've been snarfing on tea while at work and not tracking it. So I gained a pound. I'll need to do better. Interestingly a coworker started keto on their own about ten days ago. I'm hoping he sticks with it, having an in-person buddy to compete with would be good for me, I think.

Hello, it's Moon. I missed a prime opportunity for "May the 4th be with you" jokes yesterday. Oh well. :) For now, I'll clean a bit in my room before I cook. By the time I'm done with cleaning and breakfast, I plan to go to the store and stock up on canned vegetables and get some dish gloves.
I planned my food for today. I'll be making eggs here shortly, one burrito with salmon, and one with spinach (and mushrooms). Dinner will probably be a nice cheese soup but I'm not sure yet. I might just eat some lunch meat with mayonnaise. Or maybe some pork butt because holy cow.
Secret time! I'm just awful about buying way too much freezer foods... The fridge's freezer and my standing freezer are full to bursting with lots of meats, and soups I made. And then I went ahead and bought two giant hams (full 15lb size!) a 6lb pork tenderloin, and about 10lb pork butt. I noticed I have lots of pork, and I usually only eat chicken. So I NEED to stay away from all the refrigerated goods at the grocery store. I only need green stuff to go with it!

I have been pretty sick and with the electricity cutting in and out I haven't been able to log. So I know I'm missing a few things, but I have been sick and haven't been able to keep everything down anyway.
I ate some 'garbage food' from a fast food drive-through. I didn't eat the buns to try and stay keto. I think for Wednesday dinner I'll just have bacon and eggs or something else simple.

I missed work yesterday. I went to the clinic in CVS. I was given a nausea medication, Johnathan (the medical practitioner who saw me) said I must've caught something viral rather than foodborne like I had assumed. As I was waiting to turn in the prescription, he actually came to check up on me again since I was so wobbly. He said as long as I continue to improve I should be clear to go back to work tomorrow.
