My original reading on Monday a week ago was 218.2 lbs. on my digital scale. Today it read 215.4, but I put down 216 because it doesn't offer digital fractions. The scale at the gym today read 215.6, but that was before I exercised on the treadmill so maybe they're pretty close. I'm attempting to lose 2 lbs. a week. I'm hoping to be down to 183 lbs. in 18 total weeks. Apparently I lost a little more than 2 lbs.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week

Tammy stated the casino wall yesterday, so I never got to the gym. I would've helped. I stayed pretty well under my RDI count yesterday, so I'm okay with that, but I don't seem to be losing weight, even fractions I'm not sure the scale of my gym works properly. I started at 218 and yesterday when I weighed myself on my home scale which may not be the same as the scale of the gym at 218.2. I did really good yesterday until later in the evening and I let myself do some snacking's that I would have been better off not doing. Still, however, I stayed under 1300 total RDI, so I was okay.
I really haven't felt very good today. I had appointment with an ear nose and throat specialist and I have an infection in my ears, but I don't think that's why feel so exhausted. It has to do with cigarettes I believe. I smoked my last one today. I often feel very tired when I get up in the morning and a lot of it has to do with my age, but some of it has to do with the bipolar in psychological disturbances that I deal with in conjunction with smoking cigarettes and probably the infection in my year as well.
Taking initiative and staying consistent is critically important for both this program and by life in general.

I'm not sure the scale at my gym at planet fitness is right. After my workout it still showed to 18 after the last two days when combined for those two days, I would've expected to see something like 2.17.6 or around that. Especially since I also exercised pretty well both days, and I was with the workout for those two days probably 2000 to 2500 cal below what is suggested I need to stay beneath. Well, it's only been two days.

At breakfast this morning I realize the white bread I purchased with were 130 cal a slice. After that I found out that whole grain bread can be under 50 cal a slice, so I'm going to make an adjustment there. That alone would've reduced my calories by about 150 calories or slightly more.
I had a vegetable salad for lunch and it was very filling. I used 2 ounces (ca. 76 g) of a house vinaigrette which was only 110 cal. The whole salad was total of 140 cal.
After having a very good cardio workout today on the treadmill and the stationary bicycle which took off about 450 cal, I was tempted to go to a buffet and even though I took small portions, I took small portions of several things and it appears I added approximately 1123 calories.
I'm still under my RDI for the day by about 400 cal
Since I got a good workout and still kept under my RDI account, I'll take it and count it as a good day

This morning around 8:00 AM, I had a pork sausage and fried egg sandwich using an English muffin. I believe it was about 4 ounces and the total calorie intake was about 650 cal. I also had a glass of skim milk which probably adds about hundred calories and then around 2:15 PM I had a salad without any need it, and the calorie count for the vegetables including onions, green peppers, cucumber and tomato with no meat was probably a little under 60 cal. The ranch dressing however, probably added 250 to 300 cal as I probably used about an ounce and 1/2 to 2 ounces. I didn't have a beverage. I'm estimating my calorie intake so far today is a little under 1100 for a little over 1000. So far so good. I'm probably going to have something later like another salad, but I plan on it being something light and calories. I went to the gym today and had a pretty good workout with a little over 45 minutes of cardio and a few strength exercises. I think there was about five of them with at least three sets each. I don't know how many calories I burned, but I feel okay about my efforts today.
