I put in an entry when I re-weighed myself today after a very strenuous workout at the gym. I don't know what happened to the entry. I was about 203.6 pounds and rounded off to 204 pounds yesterday when I weighed in, but after a hard workout, I weighed in at 202.6 pounds. I drank a lot of water during the workout, so when I got all my drank some diet Pepsi and ate a pickle for a snack and still came in at 203 pounds so I reweighed myself today and I'm going to take it as a little bit of a boost to my drive. I'll keep pushing so that by next Monday or Tuesday, I'll be down to 202 or possibly 201 pounds if I can keep strong workouts at the gym for both cardio and resistance training and tighten up my calorie count to eliminate any high-calorie foods or at least small portions to reach that goal.
