belum sempat nimbang badan.. jd ga tau berapa beratnya.. tp yg jelas lengan bajuku kayak kekecilan semua.. tp perutku merata hahaa..

IF(Intermittent fasting) / ocd 4 jam makan , 20 jam puasa.. 6 jam makan, 18 jam puasa.. workout weight lift, calisthenic & HIIT.. eat porn food.. junk food : KFC, McD, Carls Jr.
Calories deficit 500-700kkal.

kemaren full aktifitas fisik.. akhirnya harus nambah kalori total jd 2000 kkal lebih. dan hari ini back to basic.

okay fellas.. besok gua mau coba workout di luar gym.. dan gua bakal coba calisthenic dan HIIT cardio. dan Besok Gua Bakal IF(Intermittent fasting) dengn jendela makan 4 jam, dan fasting 20 jam. apakah juga sukses membentuk tubuh(gain mass) dan bisa mempercepat fats loss??
