back to dieting again...went in for my weigh in at dr bernsteins clinic....and found that i had lost while i was away...which was a surprise...a pleasant surprise!

back on track now....planning to ride my eliptical every day for 45 minutes...will have to dust it off first..hahaha!

Back from Barbados. Didnt do as well as i did in hawaii..but lost a half pound in the week. I was walking alot so i think it offset my intake. Now back on track and will start losing again i hope

back from trip..and weighed in at same weight but then this am..showed i was half a pound down! i thought id lose while i was away...i stuck to plan 90 percent of tme...had two glasses of wine during week....and ate very healthy...so i am perplexed....plus i was very active..moreso than at home...so go figure..trying not to get down on myself....it was a womderful holiday and i have no regrets!

okay girls...im in sunny Hawaii....with my two younger kids...we snuck outta canada in nick of time...before the massive snowstorm blew in...whew! I am now on holidays and the temptation is ....well you all know how that goes....i have been trying hard to eat as best i can....but its not like being at home...and no scale here....so i am using my weight from the friday i left....next fri will be scary stepping on scales!

i am trying to drink lots of water and the beach towel stand has apples and fruits on it for free..so that works.

Walked 3 miles on this amazing trail at our resort ..they have 12 trails from 2-7 miles....so wow..this is great! I am playing tennis in less than an hour...i cant wait.....i hope i cant counteract the fat attack!

big weightloss this am....the last day or two...my weight stayed same or climbed a notch.....which can be frustrating for sure....! but the pay off came at last...now just 2 digits until i get to new milestone...i think i can i think i can! choo chooo!! hahaha
