weight is constant and i am worried that my TOM is not the culprit for my plateau...ugghhh!! i will keep chuggin'....made myself a nice healthy stirfry...my allowed crackers were stale so i tossed them! one less carb wont hurt me!
i am going to record the weight i am today...so that my chart keeps fluid and shows my plateaus better..this not recording is messing it up...so i need to record better!

not recording weight..as its unchanged...and the TOM has arrived! the scale is tucked away for a few days!! hahha
im eating on target but last night went to a comedy club and had a smirnoff ice...just one...!! so a tiny cheat!
Did use my eliptical for 45 minutes.....sweated buckets!! i have a bow flex i bought using my air miles points last year...and all i have done is dust the darned thing...so this weekend...its my goal to get using it...even for a few minutes a day....i am such a creature of habit...so i need to make space and time now...get into a groove.

yesterday at drs i was not down much...a bit disappointed...but will dust myself off and keep trucking! Its my TOM approaching and i have come to see my weight does wacky stuff in the week before...so i am hoping that this is why!
It was good to have my fruits back...apples never tasted so delicious!!
Weather is warming here and snow melting....so i know this will help me get out and moving more!! I like the pedometer MillaLite has...the way it uploads the data really appeals to me. I do have a regular pedometer so i am going to use that in interim. I will buy that one online but will look locally first to see if they have comparable ones before i do!
Im going to start using the exercise option on fatsecret too....its a nice tool I find the food diary harder to work with..not comprehensive enough. Plus it doesnt work on my Mac laptop which i most often use when i post.
am going to sort through my closet today..ditch the bad and open up my suitcase full of old skinny clothes...they wont fit me till 150s but i am going to keep a section in my closet with them hung...and start trying them on....woah...could be depressing..we shall see...
