I've been on a roller coaster over the last few weeks. I had gotten down to 192 about 3 weeks ago when I had personal problem that set me back emotionally and I went back up over 196 by a fraction. I was surprised this morning when I weighed myself naked and came in at ... 191.4 ... on my digital. I'm not always dead sure of the scale but it is usually pretty close to the scale at Planet Fitness. I thought I would weigh in at 193 or slightly above because I ate about 4 oz of rib eye and a bunch of raw vegetables with ranch dip in light sour cream and some fruit. Anyway if its pretty close I'm happy and I think I'm going on a fast for 10 days. I saw on a YouTube presentation if you get past the 3rd day, you stop feeling hungry and you can keep it that way for 10 to 12 days. I guess I am about to find out. I changed my goal after seeing something on the net that suggested I should be no higher than 174 at 4=5'10" with mid to small size bones.So here we go.
