Progress - so far I'm lifting about 64% of body weight doing pull ups. (started at 20%). Stamina has increased. I also notice that I've consistently remained within daily caloric intake (and it's not too challenging). I do "feel" like I'm getting close to the time where I need to step up my workout routine. Just keep at it bill, you're doing good..

As this journey continues I noticed pecs. (my own) 😅 I notice that the belly is becoming an uninflated tire. I wonder if the skin can snap back? The truth is probably not. But I'll let that go for now. (yeah Bill let that go! lol) I even notice that I can wear belts that were too tight. other belts I've run out of eyes to use. Yeah this body is changing... eating has changed. Three months into a two-year plan.. Im actually excited to see how this plays out...just work the plan bill...just pay attention...be in this moment...it's all ya got..

I notice that sometimes the weight loss is slow, but then it picks up! I see how the belly is smaller, but still flabby. I notice that all my belts are too big. I notice that I am usually full halfway through a meal and I stop eating. I notice I'm being patient, much more patient...with myself and others...

Jumped on scale after my weekend travels…I was shocked because I actually lost weight! Well, even though I was traveling and eating pretty much what I wanted, I did pay attention to quantity and quality. I mean if I’ve given myself permission to go for it, then it better be worth it! Quantity is another thing, I find that it does not take much to satiate the hunger. Guess, this old dog is still learning!

Seem to continue losing weight. My food choices have changed... but the test is coming over the next few days... I'm traveling... to a place I've never visited (Minnesota), so I wonder what delights await and will I eat responsibly? I'm kinda joking, but there is a real possibility that my eyes could get ahead of accountability afforded through FS...
