Coba program chole ting yg hourglass. Niatnya mau bentuk otot perut & bokong. Karena utk upper body udah ada program sendiri (main dumbel) stlh hari ke 9-10 programnya, mulai berasa ringan & gak berasa apa2 lagi di perut & bokong. Klo mnrt garmin aq, 3 video chole selama 30 mnt an, cuma bakar kalori sekitar 70-90 kal aja lho 😆 smntr target ‘active calori’ per hari harus nya min 300kal.
Jadi diakali dgn tambahan Olga HIIT ato ‘i want those buns’ nya camilee webb. Suka banget sama program ini dari bertahun tahun lalu.
Total Olga per hari 30 menit (min) sampe 1,5jam. HIIT 20 mnt itu bakar kalori sekitar 100. Olga 1,5jam (plus senam) total bakar kalori kurleb 300kal. (According to garmin)
Tb 158 bb 52 blm ada perubahan bb tapi lingkar pinggang 64,5 cm, ini sudah lbh kecil dibanding dulu bb 49, lingkar pinggang 65. Calori intake 1400/hari. Target output calori 1600-1700kal/hari.
