Lagi BM Oseng ati ampela.
Para suhu master "eat clean" mohon ijin lewat.
Monmaap saya lelaki "kotor" 🤣🙏
Mukbang everyday is jalan ninjaku.
Lemonilo1/2, roti kacang1, Marie2, Roma coklat2 gak kefoto.

disclaimer dulu.
gak pengen dukung siapa2. atau ngejudge siapa2.
soalnya dah seminggu tapi gak reda2 masalah diet artisnya.
jadi ke trigger to say something jadinya.. hhaha..
pendapat yang bilang kalau sayur itu bisa menghambat penurunan berat badan, makan under BMR , under 1000kal, porsi kecil pula, dan bilang kalau kenyang itu konyol.
sama konyolnya sama orang yang mempermasalahkan orang bikin buku after dia berhasil turun berat badan.
pake bilang dia gak punya latar belakang ahli gizilah gak pake jurnal lah, apa lah..
Mon maap.. orang bikin buku komik atau cerita fiksi juga kagak perlu latar pendidikan atau pakai jurnal boss..
so just mind your own fuckin business..
urusin perdietan duniawi masing2 aja.
kalau punya energi lebih buat nyinyirin orang lain.
mending dipakek buat latihan.
